1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TokenHub platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TokenHub.
2. Account Sign Up
To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and passwords and for all activities under your account. You must notify TokenHub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. API Usage
TokenHub provides access to AI model APIs through a unified, OpenAI-compatible interface. You agree to use the API in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Rate limits and usage quotas may apply. You shall not: (a) use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (c) share your API credentials with third parties; (d) use the Service to compete directly with TokenHub.
4. Payment and Billing
Certain uses of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your usage as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. TokenHub reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Usage is billed according to the tokens processed by each model, and you are responsible for monitoring your own usage.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TokenHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the API, and TokenHub retains ownership of the underlying models and infrastructure.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TOKENHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TOKENHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TOKENHUB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
TokenHub may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
10. Modifications
TokenHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending a notification email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
